Crab hunting in Dubai is a great way to get in touch with nature and enjoy some outdoor adventure. The hunt is often accompanied by the sound of the waves and the calls of seabirds, creating a memorable and peaceful atmosphere.
Before you set out on your journey, it’s important to gear up in the proper attire. Swimming trunks, life jackets (which are provided free of charge), and special shoes with thick rubber soles (that you can rent and carefully select by size) are essential for this excursion.
Embark on a boat with a knowledgeable local captain-guide and navigate to the crab-rich shallow waters of the Persian Gulf. With a flashlight in hand, the challenge begins as you search the seafloor for crabs. The goal is to deftly pierce the crab’s shell with a sharp knife and pull it from its hiding spot, sending it to the trophy box with the rest of your haul. The excitement of the hunt, combined with the tranquil surroundings of the sea, promises a memorable experience.
