When in Dubai you must give the Green Planet a visit. The concept is very unique, where a tropical rainforest is created in a biodome. The place covers an area of more than 6000 square feet and the place has over 3000 types of fauna and flora. This tropical forest is divided into four unique levels and each of them has different things to show. Take your kids to this place if you want them to have an awareness of how to protect and care for the environment.

An Overview Of Green Planet

This place is a fun place to spend with your kids as you get to learn a lot about the ecosystem. This is a good place to educate yourself on how science and nature go hand in hand to make the world a better place.  It will take approximately 8 hours to get through all the activities. The Green Planet is located on Al Wasl and it remains open from 10 am to 6 in the evening.

What Can You Expect To See At The Green Planet

This is considered to be an architectural wonder and very beautiful at the same time. You can visit interactive exhibits such as Sugar Glider, Bat Cave, Bug  Encounter, and Australian Walkabouts. You will have the pleasure of seeing different birds flying over your head, seeing sloths, seeing different fish in the aquarium, and even touching a python. Here are the four levels within this dome.

1. Flooded Rainforest

This  section has rare species  of fauna that grow in the wet environment

2. Forest Floor

Here you get to see many different species of animals within a humid environment

3. Midstory

This has the rainforest and you can learn a great deal in this section.

4. Canopy

At this level, the rainfall and sunlight are diffused.

Tips That You Should Keep In Mind Before You Visit Green Planet

Guests Visiting Green Planet must follow the rules properly as set by the management of the place.

• You are not allowed to carry any beverage or food within the facility
• You must wear respectful clothes inside the  facility
• Smoking is not allowed inside the facility
• Do not touch the plants or feed any of the animals
• You are allowed to take selfies without using flash
• Children need to be under the supervision of adults
