Inspired by an enchanted forest, the park’s design transports you into a whimsical realm governed by magic and imagination. Upon entering, you’re greeted by the sight of enormous boots, which belong to a mischievous mountain troll named Graupel, a central figure in the park’s enchanting theme. Guests can also encounter playful magical creatures called Flurries and the charming mascots of Graupel, adding to the park’s immersive charm. The centerpiece is a towering enchanted tree, around which the entire snowy landscape revolves.

The park’s lobby, referred to as the “warm side,” evokes the feeling of being inside the cozy, woody trunk of this enchanted tree. It’s here that you’ll find kiosks offering delicious snacks, lockers, and changing rooms. There are also two souvenir shops where you can pick up keepsakes to remember your visit. A photo counter is available to capture your favorite moments.
